Shop broken?

I pledged £90 in the early stages of kickstarter, this was then duly taken from my account as I expected.

This £90 included (as advertised on kickstarter at the time) free DLC for life.

Now that the new shop has launched I thought I will check it out... it says that I have paid £50 and that if I want the DLC pass I have to pay £100!!!

Not happy.

To make things worse I logged into the kickstarter site and it does not list DLC in my £90 pledge tier at all! So kickstarter has been modified after my purchase.

Also I can still not see the private backers forum.. I feel wronged big style and I feel robbed.. Mr Braben please reply to this.

Most probably it will take a few days or more as Alpha has surfaced...

It looks like some data transfer details (there are some) just did not transfer correctly into the new shop from the backers app.

Don't panic yet and give them some leeway, its a very busy time for them all ATM

All of the rewards you purchased have been allocated to you. The amount shown in the new app relates to items that are currently purchasable in the new shop. So if you bought the Alpha or Beta you'd get the game price showing (as that's what's available in the store) but not the extras such as the Box etc... Hope that makes sense...

Seconded. The shop only lists the items that are available in the shop, and it seems it only lists the highest item that you pledged for that can be bought in the shop.

Reading the descriptions for each item also gives clarification. It's not perfect, but the data behind the scenes is still correct, even if what you see is not.

The backer's app gives the correct info.

And why does DLC not show in kickstarter any more.. you gotta admit it looks very bad either way.

Digital Download Pack. This includes a single digital download of the game, any expansions and 500 credits when starting a new game.

Ashley said that the actual Backer's Login page should still show pledge rewards. My login and password work in the Online Store, but it won't let me into the Backer's Logon. I sent him another notice about the problem. Waiting to hear back.

I haven't received a 'code' for anything, and the login screen doesn't ask for a code (besides the random letters security thing). I'm not in the Alpha so I hope it's not tied into that tier for some reason.

I used the original link and it requires an access code which I inputted. But it took me straight to the shop not the original app.

Thank you! That was it. I didn't pay attention that it was wanting only the first 3 digits but I was entering the whole code. Works great now. I can view my goodies again!

My information, starting with my last name and including much of my address, was a mess. I've since corrected it. I also went to the thread about the backers' app info vs. store linked in a reply above and posted the following:

I strongly suggest that the store more strongly and noticeably document that there may be more backer purchases than what are listed in the My Account Dashboard. Saying in the store that someone spent X when they certainly spent X + Y is extremely confusing. Perhaps a link to the backers app (which I thought was going away when the store opened) so we can easily compare and re-assure ourselves is part of a good solution?

Yes I input the code from the bottom left. It logs me into the new shop and not the app though.

This needs to be corrected with seperate items in the shop that show SOLD OUT for kickstarter purchases and the correct goodies we ordered listed. It should be a simple modification to the site. Please agree with me on this and it might happen.
