Shop broken?

I have the same issue (now that I've reset my password to login); having pledged £90 on Kickstarter, for it to say I've only paid £50, and need to pay an extra £100 in the store to get back to the same level. Pretty **** poor if you ask me. They need to sort it out asap, It's all very well arguing that they're busy, but this is people's money that they've taken.
 
Ok figured out that login.. only use the first 3 letters of that code thingy..

The £90 tier list this as one of my rewards:
Digital Download Pack. This includes a single digital download of the game, any expansions and 500 credits when starting a new game.

Any expansions I would say is the DLC and as such should show I have it.. like I say it needs more items in the shop that say SOLD OUT and then each pledge tier that we paid for.. else, like me, you feel ripped off.
 
I have access to the backers app.. and my pledge details are fine and shows everything. However I think in the shop it should show I have the dlc pack.. thats all.

As noted previously and confirmed by Frontier, you can't rely on the shop to show your full pledge amount if you're entitled to things that are not in the shop; check the old backers' app instead (in the unlikely event that that's also wrong, then I'd contact Frontier).

In the meantime people shouldn't panic: this is a communications issue, not skullduggery :)
