I just recently purchased E
over Steam and I'm absolutely in love with it. Combat is a blast and I've been picking things up very quickly, but so far playing open has felt a bit lonely -- plus none of my usual Steam buds play yet!
At the moment I'm flying a Cobra fitted for bounty hunting, and I've had some recent fun experimenting with good-natured piracy, but I want more to do! So now I'm looking for a group, clan, or even just some friends who I could join and hang out with on a regular basis. Of the groups I've checked out so far, I'm really fond of those with clear structure and/or objectives that I can get behind (like fighting for a specific power, or dominating a certain system, etc.).
I mentioned piracy, but that's just one way to play and I'm not glued to it, so no worries if you're into something else! If the group is right I've even been known to love RP, but this isn't a must either.
