Short dropouts in witchspace on CV1

Hi all,

I have recently upgraded to a 1080ti, and I am - possibly, but not necessarily - related to this experiencing short dropouts while I'm in witchspace. What I mean by dropouts:
- Headset goes black
- no more sound

The control display on the main monitor (as well as everything else on the main monitor) continues without problems, and I also couldn't see anything special in the task manager/performance tab.
Three things that might have some relevance for that:
- I am undervolting the GPU
- I am running all that (i5-4690k CPU, GTX1080 GPU, Rift) on a 500 W PSU
- I just experienced a server drop
but I find it very strange that this should be so strongly correlated to witchspace, and show no effect on my main screen.

Still, anyone got some slightly more founded ideas than me swapping out the PSU just in case?

Given the number of people that are experiencing 10-20s game freezes together with some server instability every now and then (like right now) I would not start swapping hardware until things have stabilised. As an aside, when the update went live I was experiencing hitching (in 2D) during the first part of witchspace and then I remembered that I had 2-3 sets of textures set higher than the default via EDP - since setting them back to default it seems to be ok. Only mentioning that as a "just in case". The swap to a 1080ti could be a coincidence.
