Horizons Should Dwarf/neutron boosts stack with FSD injections?

Basically the question of the title: Should Dwarf/neutron boosts stack with FSD injections?

I am trying to explore a regoin that I can't quite get to - so the thought was to use a neutron to boost with the FSD injection to reach it, but it doesn't stack.

Is this as intended, or should it be able to stack?

I don't think so. I can make in my Anaconda nearly a 240ly jump and it is enough to get in to some hidden and locked places
Stacking it would mean, a 480ly jumprange!!!!!! Sry but this looks to me a little bit overpowered. But just a little bit

why not let it stack? Its not like neutron stars a dime a dozen. Would make for some nice jumps to get to areas that you normally can't get to, or make for some better long distance jumps.
