Should I delete beta game?

I was just wondering.... Is it a good idea to delete the original beta game before installing the full game TOMORROW (sorry bit excited) if so whats the best way to do this? in steam or just certain files?

I asked and they said, it works like an Update if you have it still installed. If something goes wrong, you can still delete and install it again

I've had some issues with stuff like this in the past.
So I took a habit of uninstalling a game (any game) before a major update and reinstalling it fresh, afterwards.
It just gives me a peace of mind, although it surely isn't at all necessary.

Yeah I havent deleted and Im wondering if I should, to avoid any bugs or problems continuing but not sure how to?

Edit: I just found and deleted "frontier development" folder with config files and saved games... just in case

I still have the icon, but when I got to uninstall the game, it doesn't have an uninstall button.
No I couldnt find any uninstall either. I just went to my user profile > Saved Games and deleted the Frontier Development folder that had saved games and config files in. I dont know if there is game files anywhere else tho.

My personal guess is that the Beta files of Planet Zoo will be updated with the release version files once the game is released. It will be the same app / game on Steam, so I think that’s how it will work.

It’s almost launch day!!!! 😁🎉
