Hi,
Apologies to the mods if this is the wrong place for this, but there isn't a place for off-topic conversations that I can see. If there is, please move this post as it is off topic!
There's a nifty little Kickstarter nearing its end at the moment that is planning to develop a Murder Mystery Generator. It is called Et Tu.
Some of you may have attended these types of event, either at a function, or maybe even at home. I used to do them a while back.
The premise is that you have a few friends round and over the course of an evening you work together to try and solve a mystery (usually a murder). You can buy these in 'boxes' but they are usually just one theme and one mystery. The KS project aims to allow you to create an infinite amount of possible mysteries over a wide variety of themes. The software itself will generate the mystery and produce all the PDF files necessary to run the evening. The author also plans on making a Single Player version which is interesting.
The software itself will be written in Unity3D and will therefore have a 3D interface making the composition of the mystery more fun. James (the author) is also keen that it is as easy as possible to use - not requiring any software skills at all other then being able to select options.
The project has only a few hours left to run and it needs some more interest to get funded. The author is not asking for a lot of money, but just being one man is finding publicity hard to obtain! I think it's a novel idea and exactly the kind of thing that KS is for. Take a look and see what you think...

Ps. I am not at all involved in the project myself (other than as a backer in Kickstarter) but I like the idea of it and would definitely use it if it got made.
