Siblings/Offspring being Outsiders even though they shouldn't

For some Reason the Outsider System doesn't seem to work as intended. I do have Malayan Tapirs in my current Main Zoo and according to the Zoopedia, all grown Offspring should be accepted as a Group Member.
Also shouldn't it be possible to keep Tiger Siblings together? I do have 3 white ones in a Enclosure that were born at the same Time and one of the males still counts as a Outsider. Doesn't seem to get attacked though

Yeah I honestly don't really understand a lot of the sociality stuff. I'm guessing with your tigers though that since the male isn't bonded to the others thats why he's an outsider.

It shows though that all of the Siblings are bonded with each other, so he shouldn't be a Outsider I assume. At least there are real Life Zoos that keep more than two Tigers successfully together

Update on my white Tigers: they still didn't attack the "Outsider" as far as I know, so for the Tigers it might actually just be bugged so far that it just claims they are Outsiders even though they aren't really considered as such.
As mentioned for the Tapirs though, it absolutely doesn't work as it should. Didn't really test it yet with other Animals, but maybe I should. I could write a List of Animals where it doesn't work properly
