SIDDHA : Empire players farming for an independant faction.

Hi,

Some of you may now SIDDHA, a great system near summerland for farming missions, reputation or just doing commerce... and something is happening for the last few days.


The 2 screens have been taken today with a 12h interval.



Empire league and SIDDHA vision PLC are allied with the empire, and are loosing influance at an alarming rate.
New SIDDHA CONSITUTION PARTY (inde) gained 4% in 12h and was a minor faction when i started to play in that system.

It's a player effort, but it's probably not really coordinated :



LUDWIG STRUVE HUB is independant and it's the first station when you enter the system. New players or players not paying attention to factions get in, pick the first mission available (can't blame em, plenty of independant missions asking for non lethal weapons / imperial slaves) and missions after missions, they increase the independant faction.

SIDDHA have been my home system since the official game release and independants are gaining power days after days, it's very possible to see SIDDHA switch side if players don't stop farming independant mission.


What can be done? I've been farming for the main Empire faction ror a while but it's not enough...

2 days later, independants are now the main faction in siddha but the system is still empire controlled.




I don't know the mecanisme behind a systeme faction change but there is a good chance to see something happening here. Inde used to give a lot of non lethal weapons missions but now start to ask for reactive armor and personnal weapons... and i never saw a personnal wepons mission in that system until today.
