Sidewinder PvP build advice

Yes, I'm crazy. I wanna PvP Anacondas and Pythons in a Sidewinder. I'm not expecting many wins, just want to have some fun. Any builds? Of course Engineering is allowed, but I don't have any PP weapons.

Edit: Just want to add, any knowledge on specific combat techniques would be appreciated also.

Having watched a few of Threeofnine's videos, it would appear that mines are pretty damn effective!

You're not crazy at all. Here is my build. If for pure combat replace the cargo rack with a 1D module reinforcement package and for weapons, cannons and enforcer cannons are great. If your aim is good, railguns are good too.
