Do you like Elite? Do you like football? Do you like playing games with your mates?
If so, you may want to try out Sidewinder Soccer! That's right, for the first time ever you can play football in in space. I created this game ages ago, but it seems fitting to release it now to celebrate England's impending ejection from what may possibly be the most tedious sports competition ever.
At the moment the game is in alpha. Windows only. Controllers only. It only supports local multiplayer (2-4 players). However, if you've got some friends coming over to watch the sport on telly, or just for a few beers, ask them to give you a game.
All feedback is welcome. The graphics and audio are placeholder (until I can find someone with some artistic talent).

Instructions:
1. Unzip files into a folder and run the executable.
2. Press button 2 on first player controller to move on from splash screen.
3. 1 player per control pad.
4. In the select player screen press button 1 on each controller to toggle player in next game.
5. Press button 2 on first player controller to start the game.
6. Score goals to get points. Team that finishes with most points wins.
7. Move with the stick on the controller.
8. Hold down fire button and release to fire missiles. The longer you hold the more powerful the shot.
9. Players hit by missiles get disabled temporarily.
10. Watch out for multiple balls!
