Signals Detected/ Notable Signals "Human"

Some kind of installation or megaship in orbit. Also damaged megaships can have the Thargoid tag for them on the planet.

I've seen this a few times now. It tells you there's a human or guardian (I haven't had Thargoid kind yet) "notable" signal when you probe the planet but then it doesn't show any markers on the surface. The whole poing of probing was so we don't eyeball things on surface so I don't think this works as designed. Love the update but there are significant bugs...

I stand corrected although I find this non intuitive. There seemed to be a listening post pointing me to a Guardian site
next to both planets with "notable" Guardian signals.
 
Using the probes to pinpoint these locations should be the way. But it all seems a bit confused. These warning should be more descriptive of what is found.
 
Incidentally, I notice the "Notable Signal Detected" message seems to remain permanently on-screen, while you're in range of it, and it obscures other messages.

For example, if there's a USS in orbit around a planet with a "Notable Signal" on it, you can't see the details of the USS (faction/state/time) beause the "Notable Signal" message hogs the Info HUD.
