Get this! Silent running Federal Dropship! I got the inspiration for this from other silent running thread.
Everyone knows that the dropship has bad shields and agility. Wrong, partially! Its agility is bad if you try to use shields like other ships. But what if we really concentrate on the best thing about it, armour and drifting. We get semi silent running crazy boost drifting killing machine!
It has 5b/a shields for bluff. First I flew without shields and with 64 rack for Powerplay stuff.

Its amazing! 1vs1 against pve and pvp is amazing. You can do crazy non fa/off drifts while keeping your nose on eagles and vipers. It does heat izzy bitsy but I recommend placing the SR (silent run) button near. So you can toggle it. If enemy gets its nose on you, just turn on the silent run. It will distract the gimbals and the turrets and most important thing, it will reset enemies targetting your powerplant!.
Only bad thing about the current build is that its pretty bad against enemy shields. I was trying to keep it as cold as possible. But it doesnt get destroyed! I was playing near lave/leesti where I fought the infaumous griefer/pirate group. I didnt kill them but I managed to escape easily Anaconda, fdl, imperial clipper and cobra! They never knew what escaped them!
Then I just had amazing long lasting duel against elite viper
I knew I was going to win but we agreed that it was a draw. I let him go.
