Since Ship Release Lag/Stutter/Rubber-banding Has Made Game-play Tedious

I am in central USA - will check for down servers between here & UK - anyone else having same issues?

Yup, been getting the stutters ever since the last update. They appear to happen every 20 minutes or so like something on the main servers is updating. I have a high end system and a 500MB's ISP connection. I'm up here in Canada just north of Toronto.
