Since When Can't You Run a 5A Fuel Scoop on a Dolphin? (Or anything other than Storage/Ref)

I was trying to transfer a 5A Fuel Scoop from my module inventory to my Dolphin's CLASS 5 Optional Internal Slot and all that would show up were 5E storage racks.

So I flew out to Shinrarta and when I attempt to buy a 5A Fuel Scoop, the only items that come up to buy are:

Cargo Racks, Hull Reinforcements, Module Reinforcements, Passenger Cabins.

Thats it! I have to drop down the the first Class 4 Optional Internal slot to see the entire inventory of modules at Jameson Memorial.

The 5 Slot does not say it is restricted, but it is behaving as though it is.

Can someone try fitting anything but the above listed modules into your Dolphin's Class 5 Slot and see what happens?

This appears to be a bug that got introduced into 3.0. I could have sworn that I have run both a Class 5 Shield and a 5A Fuel Scoop on my Dolphin before.

It's a restricted slot. It was that way before. No bug.

Don't those say that they are restricted though? The slot naming convention is identical to the 4 Class slots below it. Both in the Optional Internal section.

(5 EMPTY INTERNAL COMPARTMENT)

This would be confusing as hell to a new player. I haven't run my Dolphin in months, so my memory is foggy on the details of the ship. But I thought any restricted slots were named differently than conventional universal slots where you can put anything of that class or lower in there.

Oh well... 4A fuel scoop it will have to be.
