Single Player Missions

Hey Guys ,
It's Wednesday now and according to what David Barben said That any Pre-orderer Should be able to play single player missions ( Training ).
I Just checked my Downloadable Products and i still can't download the Game. Are they going to stick to their promise?

Its only just 15 minutes past the hour here GMT if you are stateside then I expect its gonna be GMT morning at a guess
