Add a single rider line to the game, to assist with capacity. It can be a separate line that merges near the front or has it's own station entrance, and there could be a percentage chance that a single rider would use this feature. It would put empty seats to good use and you could even change the dynamic of seating, there could even be a front row line or back row line. This would make it way more realistic and I wish we could build out station row lines more.
