Sir Roger Penrose: The man who proved black holes weren't 'impossible'

The UK scientist confessed to being a bit slow in class, but went on to win the Physics Nobel.

Well deserved.
89 years, still going. Amazing body of work, including collaboration with Professor Stephen Hawking on black holes.

If the award had been given sooner Hawking would have received it in his life time. Some random celebrities get recognition for doing nothing theses days.
