Sirius permit, i have the mission, no inbox notification

So i have collected the mission for Sirius permit, from Avik, they are sitting in my transactions, but when read, they state details will follow in my inbox, well been a while now, and no message, so is this a bug, how long do i have to wait, is there anything else i need to do.

I have done a lot of the system permits in version 1.0-1.4, because I thought there are reasons. I've done none in 1.5/1.6, so I don't know if it still works as it used to.

So this is how it worked in the past:
After you got allied with the fraction you received a blah blah mail, to visit a representative in the system. The FSD was enabled to enter the system and then it was added to the systems permit list in the ship panel there --->

So have you tried to enter Sirius, or is it still locked?
