"Site b" style maps - improvement/functionality of behaviors/territories

Hi! Another improvement for the game!

Well, everytime we create new parks with the intention of creating a natural reserve (with all dinosaurs loose and living free in the nature) it become a giant MESS.

Evolution 2 needs a new mecanic or some kind of improvement when we see how dinosaurs behave in freedom.

Now, when we do this, diffrent species dont live in social groups. They all separate from others of the same specie so the dinosaurs get mixed with others species and carnivores with herbivores.

So we cant create a naturalistic/realistic natural reserve. Cause all species of herbivores mingle with each others and carnivores dissipate across the map and creating panic to others species. In the end,we have a map full of dinosaurs out of their groups. individuals of the same species end up too far from others.

what would be interesting and really functional: carnivores in their territories, leaving them only to hunt. herbivores remaining in social groups of the same species. they may share territories but all individuals stick together with their fellows.

the game needs a migration or "flocking" mechanic where dinosaurs stay in groups and move around as groups.

To help this happen,we ALSO need a sandbox option of "able/disable panic behavior". So dinosaurs dont need to always run madly for any reason.

in short: we need to improve the mechanics of territories and how they work when we think of nature reserves.

I've honestly never had much of an issue with my Carnivores dispersing. Usually they break down into groups of 4-8, depending on the species, and stick to that group.

If this is the case, I think it would be cool to have Carnivores form groups instead of separate.

Regarding Site B; the only maps viable for this gameplay are Isla Sorna, 2015 Isla Nublar, BioSyn Sanctuary, and Sanctuary Island (if added).

It is absolute that we can watch herbivores living freely in paradise where there are no fences.

If carnivores are added, it is natural that they would prey on the herbivorous dinosaurs. However, it does not sit right with me.

Correct me if I am wrong, in the fifth level of Chaos Theory that corresponds with the film Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the DPG converted Isla Nublar into a Site B in that what-if scenario.

In Sandbox, all maps should be viable for this type of gameplay since the point of Sandbox is to remove as many limitations as possible.

Yes, that is how the JWFK Chaos Theory mission played out.

Ironically, the first game did a way better job, in my opinion if my memory is correct, with the individuals of the same species moving and staying together in herds / packs. Also, as silly as it was to watch dinosaurs gather in a giant circle and make noises at one another like they're practicing witchcraft, it at least made it more rewarding to release more individuals of the same species. I'd honestly prefer the giant witchcraft circles over the current social animations.
