Size 1 Flechettes Please

Umm, do you own this weapon yet? I do and let me assure you if it got downsized I would rather use a BB gun than one of these against a ship 
They are the second most saddest weapon in the game (with Caustic missiles taking the crown) these weapons cannot be Engineered, and IF they could they would need to be some seriously powerful improvements as These weapons are terrible! with direct 'hits' doing only 1-2 % dam to the hull of a python, 0.5% to the hull of a Type-9..oh, did I mention I was using 3 of them for this!
The Flechette does look cool though, it's a Flak cannon with a muzzle break.
The only use this weapon had that was effective was very small craft (below the size of a Cobra) but catch is that due to small craft size and agility, you'll probably miss a fair few shots.
I want them to come in size 4 so I can disgrace my corvette with these things and dint my enemy's paintwork to death!
