Size Comparison - Clipper vs. Python ??

Anyone got a size comparison image with both Clipper and Python on it? Link would be appreciated.

Google was not my friend today :(

AFAIK, the Clipper is as wide as a Type 9. It does not fit medium sized pads. The Python fits in medium sized pads, meaning it can land on any outpost. Can someone confirm what I just said? :D

Standing in outfitting with the DK2 allows you to view the ship in it's actual size. The Clipper is very wide, around the same as a Type-9, length wise it doesn't seem that long, if I was to compare it to something here on earth, it's very similar to standing under an A380, only difference is the main body is much higher of the ground. You could drive a double decker London bus underneath it with lots of room to spare.

Haven't got to a Python yet, I would have thought it is a bit longer than the clipper.

Cant wait to stand under a Type-9, the Type-7 looks like a monster in the DK2

EDIT - comparing it to an A380 is not really accurate, it's definitely a lot bigger, the front tip of one the (wing) engine nacelles is at least 50ft of the ground. It's a beautiful machine to stand next to

pics cant really do it justice, but in 3D you can tell that you would either die, or be severely injured if you fell or jumped of the engine pod. It looks flat and non threatening in a screenshot :/

Sounds awesome, can't wait to walk around these beasts!

It might be a double decker, for comparison, that cockpit is a 2 seater and pretty roomy inside :

gotta say TY for the rift screenshots + rep, when I see them I really think wow.. this game must be so damn good on a rift.

Word of warning to anyone buying this. Make sure there is a good path out of the station or you have money / the dock supplies type 6 FSD's. It comes with a shocking lack of range until upgraded and I was stranded until i did some funky configuration with some low grade parts to get the range up.

Yep, stock jump range is poor. I installed a 5 million credit A5, unladen is 20LY, 248T gives me just under 15. You can imagine how bad the stock FSD performs.

Well... now I know what's my next ship - when I get 'nuff creds to put some other than D-grade mods in it.

Oh yesh. I've been a fan of Imperial craft since my FFE days. Can't wait to see the Courier. Sadly, I'm quite a few million credits away from even the Asp. Having fun seems to take precedence over making money quickly.
