I just popped on to the store to see if there were any skins available, and there are :) I have to say at £2 each, that's a very reasonable price. The Sidewinder Blue Sonoran looks is looking exceptionally nice.

I don't think I'll be using Eagle or Sidey too long so I'll wait until I decide on a more permanent ship choice before buying skins.

I will buy some, just not yet

Ok, just bought 2 skins. So cool, cant wait to faff with them :cool:

Will buy more when FD add more ships, but the store needs work. Clicking "continue shopping" should take you back to the catalog you were looking at, not the store homepage.

As it stands this is just a way for me to throw money at FD, which I'm doing with vigor.

I wonder if your new skin shows up to others as they view you or if it's just a local cosmetic thing that only you see, for example in the hanger.

I think that's a reasonable price. :smilie: I know there was much discussion about it here but that seems about right to me.

I think £2 is fine, you can't buy much with £2 these days (unfortunately, says the Aberdonian in me!). The Red and White Mohawk also matches my teams strips, hmmmm

The SIDEWINDER BLUE SONORAN does look nice in the picture, although in the video clip, the blue is a different shade.

Its a shame you can't choose your own colours - I fancied a nice Orange one, or possibly a glow in the dark one (perhaps thats going a bit to far).

I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to choose a template, and choose two colours to be applied to the template.

Price on skins is reasonable and "easy" enough to purchase :D

But WHERE the HECK are them shiny paintjobs from the newsletter?!?!??? I would want to buy a couple of these for various ships!

The ones that are available don't throw me off the chair...

The skins in the store look like the kind of thing I'd have preferred to be free in game. They look like standard paint jobs.

With the fancy ones from the newsletter in the store...
