Skybox is bugged near Centre

As the Image shows my Skybox in the Arcadian Stream has this Box in the sky. Anyone know how to fix it?

That looks like one of the many artifacts that result from the star catalogs sampled when generating the galaxy, not something that can be fixed client side.

You cannot fix this. It's an engine limitation. The star systems are organized in cubes, and near the center of the galaxy the density is so big that the generation of the skybox is simply... overwhelmed, for lack of a better word. What you see are the borders of those cubes.

No measure fixes this permanently; sometimes a relog helps, but sooner than later you will run into that issue again.

Unfortunately, you can't fix this, it's a galaxy issue. The game renders the brightest stars in the skybox first, and has a limit on how many stars it'll render, and though this can be tweaked (including with a relog), in many places the jump in density between the "cubes" is simply too high to not be visible. Take a look at these maps from EDAstro to see the difference, the mass code F-H maps:

There's no way around this, except if Frontier remade the entire galaxy generation, which is not going to happen. (It'd break the bubble, BGS and PP, after all.)

It can be somewhat mitigated (but not eliminated!) by increasing the maximum amount of stars rendered in the graphics configuration XML file. But this will also seriously slow down the galaxy map framerate.
