Slave increase standing mission seems silly

Hi CMDR's
Trying to friendly status with a particular (independent) station.

Took the slaving mission where the reward is to increase standing.

Purchased 2 slaves for about 22k ans took them back to complete mission

The mission completion screen shows that I have lost 1% standing with that station.

What the,,,,,,, I down 22k and I lost 1% for it successful competition of the mission?

Am I doing something wrong. Slaves are not prohibited at this station nor the one I bought them at. On top of that, I came in on silent running (just in case)

Sometimes, reputation gain seems to be borked. I've lost reputation for donating food once. And yes, I've lost reputation with the faction I donated to, not with any of its enemy factions.

Wait a minute, are you taking about reputation or influence? Only the influence shows a percentage in numbers, reputation just shows the increase or decrease marker. And influence is completely different from reputation.

I think it is not standing but rather the faction influence that gets lowered by slave delivery. You'll get all the way to Allied by just doing those missions though with no problem.

did you......soil the goods before delivery, that was always my mistake on those long jumps..cough cough :)

givne the bugs, it could be that it lowers the station owners influence rather than the faction u ran the mission for, that said seems like missions affecting influence is all wonky or not active at all at the moment, the devs are silent till they return to work its a mess
