I got one of those missions where you have to bring 2 slaves to the station for a reward. I ran off to an Anarchy outpost I knew that sold them and got a couple. On my way there I did a few USSs for another mission I accepted and during one of my encounters I got the counter offer for the Slaves to bring it to another station for cash instead of faction rep. I still want to return them to the original station for rep.
I successfully smuggled them into the station but when I go to the bulletin board, the mission is not there to turn them in. It is definitely still on the Transactions tab, so I know I didn't abandon the mission, it's just now showing up for me to turn in. Is this a bug? Did the counter offer mess something up? Is there a known work around?
...and before you ask, I did double check and I did dock at the right station
