I just took on a mission to "subtly secure 2 slaves". Does this mean I need to steal them, or can I purchase them right from the same station offering the mission?

I didn't take the chance at buying imperial slaves in case the mission giver is a sadist who cares about the difference between willing and unwilling slaves. I managed to source the cargo at LTT 1581, Keyes Retreat - in case anyone in the Kaliki region is also looking to get into the business of transporting victims of kidnapping / unwanted children.
