I saw a mission to bring 2 slaves anyone have the idea where to find them?

They are rare to find and illegal in most systems.
The galaxy map trade route tool can help but you have to research carefully. The price you pay for them and the profit you can make from them varies wildly (price to buy can be 1,000 more than others and profit can reach 1,750 in the right spots).

The problem is I can only search for "Imperial Slaves" and so far I've spent literally 3 1/2 hours going from system to system, station to station that said they exported regular slaves and, nothing. I feel like I'm wasting more time for the 20k credits than I could have made quadruple in the time! Please help me figure out how to locate non-imperial slave trade routes?
Anarchy systems always have slaves in my experience; also check the minor stations in larger systems, if they are an anarchy controlling faction then they may also have slaves.
It may be a horrible streak of bad luck, but I've visited 6+ Anarchy stations, with slaves in their menu and on the export list, and had none in stock. It seems as if they want you to just load up on slaves whenever you find them like you won't ever see them again, I guess. I've only ever found them once when I wasn't expecting to do slave missions ^_^ Silly me!
Imperial Slaves are only available in systems owned by the Empire, you'll find them around Achenar system (type it in the Galaxy Map search). Normal Slave can usually be found there too and in some Anarchy or Independent systems. Be carefully carrying Slaves as they are Illegal in most systems and you'll get fined if the Authorities scan your ship.
If I am to finally find slaves, will I be able to get docking permission and afterwards just race to my parking spot once I've been scanned and they found my illegal cargo? I havn't smuggled anything and I know the maneuvre to avoid detection, slightly, but I'd like to know if the Feds will attack me but the station won't once I've gotten clearance from far enough away first?
