SLF and Passendergs - not at Jacques

So, I cannot buy any fighter hangars at Jacques, nor passenger cabins. And none of the new stations and settlements has them either.
That's sad, I was really looking forward to these new features.

There is a large and motivated player group here that's left out of the major additions in 2.2. How about at least a community goal to allow us to get fighters and passenger cabins in the foreseeable future?

It has been months since (almost) nothing happens. I know we need some ingame realism but giving at least a stick could be rewarding.

You can't go play colonist on the outback and then complain about not having the amneties of the big city

That being said, CG's to upgrade facilities on Colonia would indeed be a cool lore-friendly way to start building a proper first "city" on the outback.

Yep, had to do some hunting and hopping to find these myself.. and even more to be able to refit my Orca's fuel tank, because despite being listed in the station where I'd left my Orca parked, I got an Outfitting Error trying to install it until I went to one of the stations offering Cabins, then I could outfit it without any issues.

Clearly the beta test missed a few things.

I still haven't even seen a Beluga yet because I have no other reason to hop all the way over to where it's being sold, though I understand it's priced right around the same as a Type-9, and I have more use for a Type-9 than a Beluga at the moment, and I haven't even bought a Type-9 yet either, because there are Other Things I want to spend my credits on first.
