I would want to have a specialized fighters for Surface Prospection.
It would have a enhanced scanner that is able to scan a wider area than the SRV as it can go higher on the sky.
To scoop the material it could use tractor beam, hoover lance, drones... or simply sitting on the material with the hatch opened.
It would allow to make prospection faster and fun.
