Slightly Irked: Given "Abandon Delivery Slaves" Alternate Mission, But Can't Turn In?

I was shuffling slaves between ports, when a Type-6 in a USS updated the mission and offered me nearly the same reward to just take them to i Bootis (I was heading from Morgor to Freeport). The only two stations in i Bootis, at least that I've been able to find, were Maher Stellar Research station and Chango Dock. Going into the Bulletin Board, Contacts, and even the Black Market, NO ONE wants these slaves. Considering the fact that the trip from i Bootis A to Maher Prime is a painfully long 20,934 Ls to suffer through, this is pure frustration. I'm about to head back to Freeport in LP 98-132, but for future reference: How in the name of Braben do you turn these stupid missions in?!? :mad:

#i have 2 of those as well........ i am hoping the get auto cleared in a future patch, tho I guess i will get neg rep when it happens which is less than ideal.

You don't turn the slaves in you abandon the mission and then you get a new mission to go to another planet where you receive a whopping 800CR. Oh and don't forget you are still carrying slaves. Dump them in space and shoot them up to put them out of their misery :)

But yes you should still be able to complete the original mission - if not ticket it.
