I really recommend hitting the CG's at Slink's Eye. Lots of commanders, lots of bounties, and a decent number of systems close by to grab supplies for the cargo portion.

Yeah, I was there briefly trying to farm datamined wake exceptions when some commander unleashes thermal packrats on my Python still in the no-fire zone. Not sure what the hell happened but my screen looked like this:
I was like....dude...really? ANyways, after some of my core modules came back online I had a repair bill of about 400,000 with about half my modules at 0-5%....not a huge deal but I guess now I get why heat weapons need nerfing.

I've played it in open all day! A few negative encounters with other players! But more positive ones really. And yes it feels really fun, lots of buzz there!
Again those torps can easily be outrun.. Pack hounds not so much. I'm sad he's at the station though, would've liked to interdict hik in my Courior lol.
I'm there now testing my newly modded FDL. Just put in DD5 on it but did a few rounds in solo just to test the new rig. Might switch to open shortly. I've got enough for about 100 rebuys in this ship so not too worried. LoL
I'm going there tomorrow night in my Courier, I want to try it with three rails. You up for that?

Oh, he started it. It's craziness out there. I think I've been in about 4-5 PvP fights in the past hour. All condas intradicting me or straight up attacking me in RES. I usually stay and fight for a while and then if my shields are almost done or I'm getting pummelled with thermal attacks I bolt. Only won the one fight the rest I was doing damage but they usually have 4-5 my 750 mj shields and I don't run shield banks so eventually they outlast me unless I'm perfect. But who cares? It was fun.
First foray into Open today (well, properly).

I'm going to hit the 10 community goals achievement after this so I'm not new to CG's but this is by far the most intense CG for PVP I've been a part of. Literally intradicted every two minutes in Super cruise. It's like 2 ls from res to the station and I have to leave a couple shaf cause there is like an 80% chance I'll get intradicted on the way to cash in bounties.
I am stoked to get online then. Might try some blockade running first then mix it up in the res. Been away from home cuz of a hurricane but I brought my console and I bought a flat screen and Ethernet cable just to take part.
After dropping of a load of armor, I was surprised when I left the station in my iClipper. Surrounded by CMDRs as I exited the mailslot, but no one fired, or tried to chase me. I also may return in my Courier, see what happens.
All these I courier fans. Yall are the beezkneez. Just fell in love with the ship all over again this week. Easy on the rebuy makes it my ideal ship to use in these cg's. I'd say fly safe cmdrs but I'll just say good hunting instead o7

finally pulled my finger out and got the rank, courier is going to be in my stable now so I can be one of the cool kids now
