Hey All,

I think i might be missing a trick here when using the Best Profit tool...

Just dropped into Azaban City on a run, calcuator says there is 33034 unit of Agri Meds there, and yields a profit if i run it to iBootes.

The actual market shows no stock at all?

Am i missing something here? I know others might not like the tool, but it suits me!!

I got the same result, assumed someone had been using the tool and with a Hauler cleaned the place out of anything with a good profit.

Spent the next half hour chasing two elusive aluminium containers, couldn't work out whether they were inside or out side the station - never got them

You do get some odd results in there sometimes. I think you have to take the most profitable trades with a pinch of salt. Azeban is a consumer of Agri Meds so it does seem unlikely. Personally I've used it to check that the routes I found the old fashioned way aren't too far off what's out there. Maybe Slopey can speculate what causes those odd results. Maybe it's rogue data. Maybe odd loads of bargain commodities do turn up and it is first come first served. For me I'd rather run a reliable route.
