General / Off-Topic Slow forum as "fontawesome dot com" is suspended

I wondered why the forum wasn't loading so checked the scripts - seems like the "fontawesome" site they use had been blocked / suspended by ICANN. Removing it from my script-blocker's "permitted" list restored the forum to life - just some buttons now have "placeholder" icons.

I presume that if you are having issues loading the site getting a script blocker will fix it.

I can confirm the forum was running pretty slow this morning, up until around two hours ago. It was taking around 10-15 seconds to load a thread/the main index. Also I noticed that certain icons were not loading correctly (e.g. the yellow post report triangle) and these were just showing up as boxes. All seems to the back to normal again now though. [yesnod]

I'm guessing its a regional thing though, as most people I mentioned it to this morning (in my panic at not being able to access the forums [haha]) said it was working fine.
