Slow servers/disco

Is it just my internet or is the servers very slow and disconects me many times ?

Right as i was docking the screen goes black :S

Why dosnt Frontier write something about this ?

Everything is slow currently, just took me around 1 minute to get to the ship yard.

And the problem seems to be over, at least for me. I wonder what the reason was.
