Dinosaurs General Gameplay Small carnivores should coexist with the Large Carnivores

Everytime when you release small carnivores like the Deinonychus, Dilophosaurus, Herrerasaurus, Proceratosaurus, Troodon and Velociraptor.
They look for food, water into the enclosures with the Large Carnivores like the Ceratosaurus, Allosaurus, Albertosaurus, Acrocanthosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Metricanthosaurus, Majungasaurus, Baryonyx, Carnotaurus and Tyrannosaurus Rex, the small carnivores flee away and running in panicking

This needs to be fixed.

They really already do coexist together fine. It doesn't need to be "fixed".
Just build better exhibits that are slightly bigger and have multiple food sources. Easy.

Actually the Large Carnivores can wander anywhere they want, the small carnivores will still be panicking or they're gonna starve or dehydrate after they were released from the Hammond Creation Lab

I have small and large carnivores in the same exhibit all the time without them having problems finding food or water. It's just not a problem.

I can also say for them coexisting nice enough. It is true that the small carnivores will often flee at the presence of larger ones but this is also a natural behaviour.

As LordTrilobite said, just build enclosures big enoigh, place at least two water sources and provide plenty of meat and you'll be fine.
