Powerplay Small Positive PP Changes with big impacts

I am posting in a few of the threads here in the PP area and ideas are kinda getting tossed about in each one, so I thought I would try to consolidate those ideas/suggestions into one thread.

Obviously since I am the thread starter, I am going to start with my own ideas. But the idea of the this thread is to post "small" changes that could have a big impact on PP without hitting out at negative ideas.

I would love to see others ideas as well, but let's try to keep the changes 'small' and not negative.

1. Better Communications among the PP Faction Players, in game.
1a. A Global Chat Channel based on who you are pledged to so that you can directly talk with others of the same faction without Enemy players being able to access the channel. This would allow in game coordination between players along with live updates regarding ongoing tactics and gaming.

2. A way to better sort the Control Systems on the list so that we can more easily see metrics for those system.s

3. Merit "bonus" for systems furthest from HQ.
3a. Fortification Merit Gain should be increased based on how far from HQ you have to fortify a system. Under 50ly, 50-100ly, and 100ly+ should reward merits not just on the tonnage of trucked materials, but should also provide a small increase based on how far from HQ you have to truck the materials.
3b. Undermining Merits should be increased the closer you are to an Enemy HQ. This could be done with a voucher for an additional XX percent of merits earned based on how close the system is to an Enemy HQ.

4. Minor Buff to Triggers PP Factions in 8/9/10 Standing making things a little bit easier for factions with fewer players without over-buffing the smaller factions.
4a. Fortification Triggers should be lowered by 10/15/20 percent for Factions in the bottom 3 places. Allowing them to more quickly fortify their systems.
4b. Undermining Triggers should be raised by 10/15/20 percent for Control Systems.

5. Merit gain for killing anyone, player or NPC, tagged as an Enemy
5a. Currently we only get a small bounty claim for killing an Enemy NPC in a Controlled System. This should be changed from a Bounty Claim for Credits to a PP Claim for Merits.
5b. A 5 or 10 merit voucher for killing a Player Enemy in your PP Factions Control Systems would encourage a little more PvP between players and make things a little more dangerous.

6. Preparation Material 24 Cap based on Rank.
6a. Players should be allowed to pick up a maximum number of tons of Materials per 24 hours in order to prevent over-prepping of bad system.

So there are my 6 "small" positive changes to PP that I think could have a big impact on Power Play without caps, negative impacts to how things are currently done, or attempts to "punish" some players.

What about you? Do you have any "small", non-negative, changes that you think would be good for Power Play?

Maybe the devs will look at our suggestions and think about them, or use them to think about other ways that PP could be changed in a positive way that wold make things better for all of us.

Although it runs into the 5th column, could we use our vote allocation 'only' to vote out rubbish systems? This would mean high rank players and not recent turncoats could influence things. Perhaps do this for system prep too.
