I'm trying to unlock Yarden Bond, I have the required 5 Smear Campaigns but for some reason I can't sell them to the bartenders. What am I doing wrong?, doesn't make sense. I load them into my backpack but every time I get to the bartender to sell them they magically transport back to my ship.

You don't need to put stuffz you want to sell or trade at the bartender to your backpack.
Smear campaign plans are prohibited materials. Try anarchy stations. Bartenders at communist stations are also not picky about what they'll buy, at least when it comes to drugs and biological/chemical weapons

Went to an Anarchy system and it worked like a top!, thank you. Was driving me nuts..You don't need to put stuffz you want to sell or trade at the bartender to your backpack.
