Smear Campaign Plans Selling the 8th throws a Yellow Adder

After obtaining 8 Smear Campaign Plans, I tried to sell them at a Bar... You can sell 7, but trying to sell the 8th that would unlock Yarden, throws a Yellow Adder....

Does anyone else make the same experience?

I'm sorry, but that's hilarious. They never acknowledged that Smear Campaigns weren't in the game, only mentioned "adjusting" the drop rate for the fifth(!) update and now this. DDDd

There has been a silent fix yesterday around 5pm GMT (i.e. 1.5 hours after this thread was created).

Just to check on location of said plans as Fandom gives them as military/tourist settlements CMD data point/Habitat data point. At the moment continuous grind has revealed none in either location

Same, can anyone give a specific location of where they found them? I've been to multiple tourist/military places and found none.

Try higher security level? I found them in different places. Tourism and Militairy. In CMD, STO and a HAB

Hopefully you are not trying to sell them from your backpack.
You really need to use the services provided by a Bar Tender (In an Anarchy Controlled Station)*

* The Station is important to be controlled by an Anarchy, cause even in an Anarchy system you may have stations controlled by non-anarchy factions

Now that's insult to injury.

Another warning, i.e. Smear Campaign. Don't sell them to the bartender before you get Kit Fowler onboard with his referral. I sold 10 Smear Campaigns while I was still looking for Opinion Polls for Fowler, only to discover that sold SC's don't count toward Yarden until you get your referral. Bummer. and stupid.
