Absolutely, that'd be great with a nice warm bowl of Gazpacho soup! .

(I like mine, extra hot, like the Italians do... .)

Also while i knew what Gazpacho soup was, mostly from the show, apparently meat and other dishes served in the same style are specifically called Carpaccio dishes ...
