Smoking in Seattle is on the decline, while Pot smoking and pot eating is on a definite rise... there are now B& that cater to Potheads.
Vaping is out of control... there are establishments/ bars that I no longer go to as they are so full of "water vapor" from these devilsticks that you can not see a thing a few feet from you and the oils that they put into them leave a scum on your skin that is disgusting.

I wish I was English like my hero Tj.
I got enough second hand smoke growing up to turn me off of it for life. lol.

We were all kids...Do we all smoke? Brighton Council get a life instead of pathetic excuses to get paid patrolling beeches and ogling the topless young ladies. When will these perverts grow up?

I used to smoke for 15 years, 20 a day.. No longer a smoker, now I vape.

I get that it's a new thing, no long term test results etc but I went from shortness of breath, choking all the time, stitches and an inability to do anything ( ;) ) for a long period of time, to now I feel like I have never smoked a day in my life!, i m actually getting fitter whilst maintaining my enjoyment of "smoking" .

Ex Smoker of 2.5 years, now a vaper.

I dont have a problem if people want to smoke outdoors, but I do have a problem with people dropping the butts anywhere they like.

1.3 billion people smoke in the world. Six million dead per year, in constant progression (10 million from 2025). 1 billion will die in the XXI century

Never been a fan of smoking and never picked it up either.

I don't have a problem with others smoking if that's what they really want to do.

I quit 6 years ago. It was tough for the first 4 months but after that it's been plain sailing. I literally don't think about it at all, ever.

I hadn't had a single cigarette until 2 weeks ago when I had a reunion with some old uni mates. We were all completely hammered and I had a few cigarettes that night. When I checked my pocket the next day I found 2 left in it lol. Just broke and binned them and never thought about it again.

Tbh, I really didn't enjoy them at all even though I'd had a skinful of booze. I can't see any way I'd go back to it and I wonder if simply increasing the smoking age to something like 25 would spell the end for the habit. I certainly cannot imagine that any adult would choose to start smoking these days.
