What about a tool to create stickers?
This should be able to create stickers of any shape, fully scalable and mirrorable. You could add included shapes/symbols and add text. All of them customizable (colors, fonts, surface finish). Or you just add custom pics and text.
Stickers would be placeable on every surface (walls or other scenery, rides, bins, paths...). They might get a snap point functionality.
(Maybe an advanced version with bending, too)
With those stickers you could add the special something to nearly everything.
