A module that, when installed as a cargo unit allows its contents to be cloaked from scanners. In this way, if you were scanned by police and had illegal cargo, you could avoid detection. Likewise, you could avoid drawing attention to yourself by pirates.
On the flip side, there could be more advanced scanners to break through the encryption to reveal the hidden cargo, or at very least detect the cloaking signal to know you were hiding something when powered on.
I feel this would add a lot more of an interesting dynamic to the game.
