Sniper build

I'm looking to make a sniper ship but I have no idea what I should do I plan on using rail guns with long range mod but don't know what to do for everything thing else all suggestions are welcome
 
The trouble I ran into after discovering the joy of the rail sniper is that everything else almost feels unnecessary when you can keep 5km away and shoot out powerplants. I've tried almost every weapon for the supporting hardpoints (PAs, cannon, MCs, frags, pulses, beams, even missiles) and none of them really feel like they synergise well with the long range IHammers. I think the frags would be a good option if your sniper ship has the agility to use them well, but it's hard to tell since mine certainly doesn't.

What ship are you planning to use? Or are you still deciding that as well?
 
Still deciding bit I might run with a diamond back Scout heard they run cooler than other ships

If you are going to kill targets from out of their reach you need a ship that makes things interesting for you so you don't get bored therefore I suggest a Vulture.
