Edit: Ok, based on what she is saying, variables, including the RINGS will in odyssey help to determine the distinction of the terrain below. So a icy world with no rings will be a bit different than a icy world WITH rings. She called it "Ring Snow."

All of the disruptive effects of mining should be part of the calculations too. Seismic charges and burning boulders the size of city blocks with lasers, dramatically changing trajectories that have been stable for millions of years is reckless, dangerous and irresponsible. This destruction of the natural beauty of our ring systems shouldn't be tolerated.

Death to miners. Their bombardment of our moon settlements and previously safe and mapped travel routes with nuclear scale munitions is nothing short of terrorism.
