I just saw this you may want to check out

this looks like an amazing vr headset. watch out oculus quest2 AND reverb G2.

(it takes imatation being the best form of flattery to a new level. essentially it is a quest 2 in every way it seems except it has a proper DP on it which is far better than usb)

may not be worth the upgrade of you already have the quest 2 but if I didn't already have a G2 and a Q2 I would be taking a very close look. still gonna have a lowish FOV, and not sure what the sound situation is on it.

£400 is exeptional for what you get - even better than Q2. Did matey say it was 256GB?

That is an interesting one, especially for those not wanting to go down the Meta route! I bet Meta are kicking themselves for not just adding the DP connector instead of just continuing with the USB from the Q1.

yeah 256gb.

definitely one to watch. my main concern would be as a standalone. how committed are Pico to the project.... not a problem for pcvr but may be if you plan on buying stuff on their standalone store.

also would like confirmation that the tracking is as good as the quest.
