As title,so in my quest to max out all mat's,whether I need them or not...

Can some kind person direct me in the most efficient method to gain the above.

The only time I've ever gotten these were as very rare scans off security anaconda in supercruise. I may have gotten some off base scans but I wouldn't recommend doing that now.

The grind is real!

I've been getting a reasonable amount of open symmetric keys and atypical encryption archives scanning the satellites around the capital ship dock at Oterma station in Baal then trading up. Not ideal but has been faster than doing scan missions and praying to the jesus [smile]

Check with a material trader as see what more common data you can farm instead for it? Check mission rewards. How many of them do you even need?
