So how does one make raised paths?

Can't seem to figure out how to make raised paths. Im sure I am just missing something but i've seen a video where they have the stairs and raised paths over exhibits and what not.

hold down right click and pull up while making a path. Pretty sure it's right click. If not right, it's left. It's a mouse click and a upward motion of the mouse

ooo, awesome! definitely not intuitive to figure out it's left click drag up for raised paths! Thank you!
