So I am trying the Keelback...is it made from a scrapyard?

The thing shakes like crazy when throttling up or down that you think your eyes are broken.

And when facing a star, the canopy isn't helping!

Did anyone wonder why people dont fly these?

I am hoping we get windscreen cleaner dude/service to stations. I hate the dirty windscreen effect every ship has.

I quite like the Keelback after the update and buff. It's like a fat Cobra that can carry a fighter. Looks nice too - shame it still handles like a beached whale with motivational issues.

+1! That was funny!

I had such high hopes for that ship. Just better jump range and some more speed, and it would be a great little ship.

So engineer it, I suppose. I struggled with it's terrible maneuverability more so than it's speed.

I bought one and engineered it. See my thread in ships forum. It's actually ok for passenger missions, not much else.

With the Keelback and T6 I always feel like I'm sat in a flying conservatory with the panes on the cockpit. As for the keelback's construction, it reminds me of when Blue Peter made Tracy Island out of three empty bog roll tubes and a cornflakes box.

T-6 reminds me of this (Keelback as well):

I am, however, not sure if the T-6 or the cardboard box have more survivability if you get attacked. :D
