So I can't find a Naval Ascension mission

I am apart of the imperials, the 50 year old duval lady, and right now Im an Outsider with 100% is my ranking meter. I want to level this faction up to get the magnificent imperial clipper, but I am stuck at the rank of Outsider.

I have been to multiple Imperial controlled systems, all specifically controlled by the old Duval lady, and haven't found a single ascension mission.

Am i missing something? Is there some kind of mechanic that I overlooked? Is it bugged? Please help. Im really stressed out.

Complete another mission or two for an empire aligned faction. It could just be reporting 100% when it's actually 99.9%. Happened to me when I was desperate for a mission to ascend to baron. :)

If three missions don't do the trick, I dont know what will. Shouldn't take two even.

So missions for people with the Imperial Eagle symbol next to their heads?

Go to HIP 10716. Do data delivery missions to Wu Guinagi and then grab missions back to HIP 10716. Switch between open,private,and solo. When you're at 100% keep switching until you see a mission that says imperial navy. I did this and reached duke in 5 days. Its a very tedious and boring process trying to stack 20 missions so I recommend Netflix or whatever entertains you.

Yes only missions with the Empire symbol go towards your rank progress.

Promotion missions are no longer called Navy Ascension missions. You now have to read the description. ;)
